Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Permits were introduced in Bulgaria in 2002 with a dedicated section in the Bulgarian Environmental Protection Act. FCG POVVIK prepares the whole documentation as per the relevant requirements for Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control and the associated procedure for IPPC Permitting. FCG POVVIK has prepared the first application for IPPC Permit in Bulgaria and continues to support some of the largest industries in Bulgaria to achieve compliance with the IPPC requirements. FCG POVVIK’s experts assist the clients in successfully passing each step of the IPPC Permitting procedure – from the elaboration of the application to the final issuance of the IPPC Permit.
